Don't get lost.

一转眼工作就满5个月了，工资花得没剩多少了。涨工资的呼声从家人、师傅到我自己内心逐渐转移、滋长……

关于适应新工作，有以下一点浅见。

执行力、理解力、思考力在实际工作中是相辅相成。但是对于新人来说，执行力是第一位的，因为你不知道正常做事的章法，就只能听师傅们的指挥。所以，只有做到执行得好。第二位是理解力，你得弄懂如何做好，如何事半功倍，弄懂为什么这么做。第三位是思考力，思考整个工作的程序、各个环节、自己在其中的位置，自己起到了什么作用。总之要做得又快又好、又学到东西，就得锻炼自己这三种能力。

 

隔天很早睡、隔天很晚睡；隔天差点迟到、隔天早到……上班的人是不是都这么累？

有多长时间没去VC了？累得一点上去看看的想法也没有了。游戏也停了。去看看吧。

考研的事情工作一年再准备，最重要的理由是想要回到自己的初衷，投行是梦寐以求的地方，呵呵，我真够固执的。

1.别人问我一个不熟悉的问题时，我总是习惯以一句“我不知道，但好像、可能是······的”来回答。

2.即将去留学的朋友，我遗憾我们没能造就深厚友谊。有段时间我极其的厌恶你。当然现在不了。看了那本书以后，我想最根本的原因是你我彼此都无法理解对方。也许等我们老了，我们就都懂了。

3.工作，源自现实生活的压迫。（像叔本华那样的家境，他所处的时代里，慢生活。）我感到无法找到自己适合并喜欢的工作了，而我必须独立。是的，我的小世界里总是充满着矛盾。

4.我不知道自己还有没有机会去摘天上的星星。

5.建设性的工作，它是有意义的。但我不知道自己能坚持多久。
